UK Delivery Terms

Delivery times are usually 10 working days from receipt of your order.
My aim is always to get your order from our warehouse to your door in the quickest time possible.

However, if one or more of the products that you have ordered aren’t in stock, this may delay the dispatch, if this is the case you will be notified accordingly either by phone or email.

UK Delivery Charges

The charge for delivery is calculated automatically upon reaching the checkout. However, orders to the value of £100 or more will qualify for free delivery.
The Cut-Off time for orders to be dispatched is 3.00pm (UK time). After this time they will be rolled forward to the next working day.

If your order is for an event, please let us know the date required while placing your order so I can do our best to ensure it arrives on time. If the date is less than 1 week from order, please ask for details.
Working days do not include Bank Holidays or Weekends.
Timescales can only be adhered to providing stock is available.
You must provide a daytime delivery address as all parcels will need to be signed for.
We cannot be held responsible for items where an attempted delivery has already been made. If a parcel is returned because there is no one there to sign for it, or an incorrect address is given, we will need to re-charge carriage costs to send out the parcel again.
We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to extreme weather conditions, strikes or other such events.
We cannot be held responsible for consequential loss due to 3rd party delivery delays.

Returns for Damaged, Faulty or Incorrectly Sent Products

So your order arrives and it’s not quite what you expected, no problem at all, just send it back in unused condition within 7 days for full refund (unfortunately postage cannot be covered).
Please do drop me an email to explain beforehand and also a photo of a proof of postage will be required before a refund will be processed.
I am confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, I offer a 14 Day Returns Policy.
You can return your item(s) to us within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Exceptions from the 14 Day Returns Policy – customised goods.

We cannot refund or exchange goods that have been printed, embroidered or etched with your logo, design or artwork, unless there is a manufacturers fault with the item.

Returns for damaged, faulty or incorrectly sent products are accepted provided the original packaging remains intact and the return is arranged within 28 days from the date of purchase. For more information or to arrange a return, email sales@nicolegraphic.uk with the details of your contact telephone number, order reference and the reason for return.

If you order has been damaged in transit, or if you have ordered an item incorrectly and therefore wish to return it for a refund or replacement please also contact us via sales@nicolegraphic.uk before returning the goods – In the reply e-mail we will include our complete “Returns Address”.
